Ruijie RG-AP 9860
The Ruijie RG-AP 9860 is designed with 14 spatial streams and supports 4096 quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM). It expands the channel bandwidth from 160 MHz to 320 MHz and supports an overall throughput of 19.31 Gbps theoretically.
The device employs separate antennas for the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequency bands. The utilization of frequency division minimizes channel loss and enhances sensitivity. Both horizontal (H-pol) and vertical (V-pol) omnidirectional antennas are utilized for the higher frequency bands to enhance non-correlation and isolate antennas in the same band. This optimizes the performance of orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA). Omnidirectional antennas amplify the signal strength and coverage in a 360° radius for users. The high-band antennas cover the 5 GHz and 6 GHz ranges while keeping capacity reserved for band switching. The integrated antennas offer enhanced stability, reliability, performance, and aesthetics.
The new access point (AP) intelligently manages channel resources. The Ruijie Wi-Fi 7 AP dynamically adjusts various aspects in real-time to ensure the optimal allocation of resource units (RU), thereby securing service performance, minimizing delays, and maintaining stability. Additionally, it allocates OFDMA channel resources as per the requirements of VIP users, ensuring a dependable wireless network for both VIP user devices and applications.
The Wi-Fi 7 AP (RG-AP9860) supports hybrid power-fiber optic cables and facilitates easy deployment with high reliability. It can be effectively operated, maintained, and overseen through Ruijie WIS, a system that visualizes all physical devices and real-time data, enabling comprehensive network management.
